Sales Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate team player to add to our Sales team
Responsibilities:
- Issue appropriate quotations within the margin objectives of the products in question
- Handle orders within the specified time
- “Right first time” contract review of both commercial and technical requirements
- Signal, create, monitor and maintain commercial opportunities
- Keep track of customer and installation data
- Issue of tenders within the set time
- Improve customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Issue technical advice regarding the purchase of parts/replacement pumps and any necessary supplement to the scope requested by the customer
- Correct analysis of data for work at the customer
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical,
- 5yrs relevant experience
- Knowledge of centrifugal pumps or similar equipment (preferred, not necessary)
