Regional Sales Manager – China

Your primary tasks will be:
- Responsible for developing sales within China / Hong Kong / Taiwan with primary focus in China region
- Create and implement a full region business plan
- Create and implement full region 100-day plan
- Develop Channel Sales Strategy; Existing Agent/Distributor management, appoint New Agent / Distributors for market reach
- Understand his/her market and provide / share competition landscape update with team and direct manager
- Focus on driving sales growth, advise new or required product offering by market. Reaching out to market with focus to increase new customer / yards
- Visit all region key accounts, maintain, and grow relationships with existing and new accounts.
- Ensure all opportunities are registered and update in CRM on promptly or on weekly basis
- Set and achieve sales target assigned. Ownership for all product offering and business developments for the assigned region
- Create CRM opportunities from live enquiries and leverage on Clarkson’s / market data to tap on possible leads
- Perform opportunity follow-ups
- Lead all sales opportunities in the region; contract negotiation; work with Product Segment Head to win orders.
- Review all contract agreements and flag key concerns to direct manager for approval if deviates from standard acceptance
- Identify local Exhibitions for attendance
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
- Service mindset with 3-5 years in marine sales environment experience
- Strong team player Team player with a positive attitude
- Proactive, customer oriented with a entrepreneurial mentality
- Understanding of Competitors pump offerings and capabilities
- Knowledge of technical specifications of the products and pump systems
- Knowledge of Jeeves and Intelliquip will be added advantage
