Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a team player with working attitude to join our team.
Job Description:
- Process all Aftersales orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, setting;
- Establish customer delivery expectations in a timely manner;
- Work with various support teams to resolve any customer order issues, provide order status and shipment information;
- Monitor Order Books daily to ensure orders are being shipped / processed to customer lead time; reconcile discrepancies in orders and shipments;
- Update of shipment date of order lines in ERP system;
- Issue of Purchase Requisition, Internal Work Order, Picking List, Invoice and other related documents;
- Generate Shipment documentation;
- Liaise with service forwarders on logistic arrangements
- Provide delivery / shipment information to customer
- Participate in regular operational improvement discussion / meeting and drive to departmental goals and objectives;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
Requirements:
- ITE / Diploma in any discipline
